What is Access to Work (ATW)?

Access to Work is a collaborative initiative by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Department for Work and Pensions, designed to assist people with disabilities in overcoming work-related barriers. This scheme plays a crucial role in facilitating employment by providing necessary support and adjustments.
