1. Introduction / Ownership
This website is owned and operated by Admin & More Ltd, registered office Suite 903, 45 Gold Street, Northampton, NN1 1RA (company number 10788081). Companies House
If you have any queries, comments or complaints about these terms or our website, you can contact us via email at contact@adminandmore.co.uk or by phone on 01933 428151.
2. The Contract Between You and Us
By placing an order for services on this website, you make an offer to purchase those services.
We will accept your offer and form a legally binding contract when we dispatch confirmation of your service (e.g. by email) or begin delivering the services.
Payment in full is required before we begin service deliverables, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Order Acknowledgement
To process your order we require a valid email address. We will send an email confirming receipt and summarising the services you ordered. That confirmation is not itself the acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order as outlined above.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website and its content belong to Admin & More Ltd or are licensed to us.
You may view, download or print materials from the website for your own non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
5. Accuracy and Descriptions
We endeavour to ensure that service descriptions, pricing, and other content on the website are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occur.
If the service you ordered is unavailable or misdescribed, we will contact you and offer you the choice to cancel the order or accept a corrected service offering (or price). You will not be bound to the incorrect description.
6. Your Equipment / Computer Risk
We try to ensure our website is free of viruses or defects, but we cannot guarantee this.
It is your responsibility to have suitable equipment and virus protection. Except in cases of our negligence, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your equipment or data arising from your use of this website.
7. Availability of Services
All orders and service bookings are subject to availability.
If we cannot provide the service you ordered (e.g. due to capacity constraints), we will contact you promptly to offer alternatives or cancel the order. You may choose to accept an alternative or cancel with a full refund if we cannot fulfil your original request.
8. Order Changes / Errors
You may correct mistakes in your order (e.g. selecting the wrong package) before you submit it. Once submitted, changes are subject to our agreement.
9. Prices & Payments
9.1 All prices quoted on the website are correct at the time of publication.
9.2 Unless otherwise stated, prices shown do not include VAT. Where VAT is applicable, this will be clearly identified within quotations, invoices, or at checkout where relevant.
9.3 If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and give the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
9.4 Payment is required in accordance with the terms set out within your quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
9.5 We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services where payment has not been received in full or within agreed payment terms.
10. Risk & Ownership
As we provide services rather than physical goods, the concept of risk passing is limited.
You are responsible for providing any information, materials, approvals, or cooperation reasonably required for us to deliver the services.
Ownership of completed deliverables will pass to you once payment has been received in full, subject to any agreed licences or rights reserved by us.
11. Cancellation by You (Your Rights)
11.1 Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting as a consumer (not a business), you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of completed services, unless those services are wholly performed with your agreement and before the cancellation period expires.
11.2 Where services begin within the cancellation period at your request, you acknowledge that you may be charged for services supplied up to the point of cancellation.
11.3 Your right to cancel may be lost once the services have been fully performed with your prior express consent.
11.4 To cancel, you must clearly inform us in writing by email or post.
11.5 If any deliverables have already been supplied, we may request that these are returned or deleted where appropriate.
11.6 Once cancellation is confirmed, any applicable refund will be processed within 14 calendar days. We may deduct from the refund if the value of deliverables has diminished through your unnecessary use or harm.
12. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order or part of it in the following circumstances:
Insufficient capacity or availability
We do not service your area where location-based services apply
Pricing or description errors on the website
Circumstances outside of our reasonable control
If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and refund any sums already paid within 14 calendar days.
13. Issues with Our Services / Defective Deliverables
13.1 If you have any problems or complaints, contact us via contact@adminandmore.co.uk or 01933 428151.
13.2 We are legally obliged to supply services as promised and with reasonable care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13.3 If deliverables are faulty or not provided in accordance with the contract, you may request repair, re-performance, replacement, a price reduction, or refund where legally applicable.
14. Liability
14.1 We will use reasonable care and skill in the provision of our services and will use reasonable efforts to deliver services within any estimated timescales provided. All delivery dates and timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
14.2 We are liable only for losses that are a direct, foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data loss, business interruption), except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.
14.3 We are not responsible for losses arising from business decisions, actions, or operations based on our services or deliverables.
14.4 You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any legal, regulatory, or permit requirements related to your use of our services.
