Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction / Ownership
This website is owned and operated by Admin & More Ltd, registered office Suite 903, 45 Gold Street, Northampton, NN1 1RA (company number 10788081). Companies House
If you have any queries, comments or complaints about these terms or our website, you can contact us via email at contact@adminandmore.co.uk or by phone on 01933 428151.
2. The Contract Between You and Us
By placing an order for services on this website, you make an offer to purchase those services.
We will accept your offer and form a legally binding contract when we dispatch confirmation of your service (e.g. by email) or begin delivering the services.
Payment in full is required before we begin service deliverables, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Order Acknowledgement
To process your order we require a valid email address. We will send an email confirming receipt and summarising the services you ordered. That confirmation is not itself the acceptance — our acceptance occurs when we confirm the order as above.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website and its content belong to Admin & More Ltd or are licensed to us. You may view, download or print materials from the website for your own non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
5. Accuracy and Descriptions
We endeavour to ensure that service descriptions, pricing, and other content on the website are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occur. If the service you ordered is unavailable or misdescribed, we will contact you and offer you the choice to cancel the order or accept a corrected service offering (or price). You will not be bound to the erroneous description.
6. Your Equipment / Computer Risk
We try to ensure our website is free of viruses or defects, but we cannot guarantee this. It is your responsibility to have suitable equipment and virus protection. Except in cases of our negligence, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your equipment or data arising from your use of this website.
7. Availability of Services
All orders (service bookings) are subject to availability. If we cannot provide the service you ordered (e.g. due to capacity constraints), we will contact you promptly to offer alternatives or cancel the order. You may choose to accept an alternative or cancel (with full refund) if we cannot fulfil your original request.
8. Order Changes / Errors
You may correct mistakes in your order (e.g. selecting the wrong package) before you submit it. Once submitted, changes are subject to our agreement.
9. Prices & Payments
The prices quoted on the website include VAT (where applicable) and reflect what is current at the time you place an order.
If a price error arises (e.g. a package is priced incorrectly), we will notify you and give the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
We will take payment (e.g. via credit/debit card or alternative method) once your order is placed. If we cannot collect the full payment, we may decline or suspend delivery of services without affecting our other rights.
10. Risk & Ownership
Because we deliver services (not physical goods), the concept of risk passing is less relevant. However:
You bear the risk of any failure to provide us necessary information or cooperation that impedes us from delivering the service.
You will own the deliverables (e.g. documents, work output) once the service is completed and paid for, subject to agreed licences or rights we reserve.
11. Cancellation by You (Your Rights)
11.1 Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting as a consumer (not a business), you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of completed services, unless those services are wholly performed with your agreement and before the cancellation period expires.
11.2 To cancel, you may use a standard cancellation form or otherwise clearly inform us.
11.3 The right to cancel does not apply where services are personalised, bespoke, or begun with your explicit consent within the cancellation period.
11.4 If you cancel after receiving deliverables, you must return them (if in physical or download form) at your cost and risk, unless we agree otherwise.
11.5 Once cancellation is confirmed and deliverables returned, we will refund sums paid within 14 calendar days.
11.6 We may deduct from the refund if the value of deliverables has diminished through your unnecessary use or harm.
12. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order (or part of it) in the following cases:
Insufficient capacity or availability;
We do not service your area (if location-based);
Pricing or description error on the website.
If we cancel, we will notify you promptly and refund any sums you have paid within 14 days.
13. Issues with Our Services / Defective Deliverables
13.1 If you have any problems or complaints, contact us via contact@adminandmore.co.uk or 01933 428151.
13.2 We are legally obliged to supply services as promised and with reasonable care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13.3 If deliverables are faulty or not in accordance with contract, you may reject them, request repair or redelivery (or re-performance), or (in some cases) receive a price reduction or refund. We will bear reasonable cost of collection or redelivery, where applicable.
14. Liability
14.1 If we fail to deliver within 30 days (and you choose cancellation over re-scheduling), we will provide a full refund.
14.2 We are liable only for losses that are a direct, foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data loss, business interruption), except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.
14.3 We are not liable for losses arising from your business decisions or operations.
14.4 You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any legal, regulatory or permit requirements related to the services you purchase.
14.5 Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, nor our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
15. Notices
Unless otherwise stated, notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to Admin & More Ltd, Suite 903, 45 Gold Street, Northampton, NN1 1RA or via the email address above. Notices from us to you may be posted on our website or sent to your registered email.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update or amend these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time you place an order will govern that order.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms, this website, and any contract arising from it are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are made in English.
18. Severability / Invalidity
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. Use of Your Personal Information
We will use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
20. Third-Party Rights
No one other than the parties to a contract has any right to enforce any term of this agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
21. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a complaint, you may refer the matter to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body rather than going to court.
