Choosing the right Virtual Assistant (VA) for your business is as important as hiring an employee. Just like a probation period, it often takes around three months to see if a VA is the right fit and if you’re happy with the quality of their work. That’s why we offer a ‘Get to Know You’ package.
How Does the Get To Know You Package Work?
This package gives you three months to use a month’s worth of hours—whether that’s 10, 20, or 40 hours of support. This allows enough time to get to know your VA and establish effective working procedures before deciding if you want to continue.
If you’re happy with the work and want to carry on, you can move to one of our monthly retainer packages: Standard (10 hours), Professional (20 hours), or Executive (40 hours). As a thank you for signing up, you’ll receive 10% off your first month.
If you decide not to continue, the package will end once your hours are used or after three months, whichever comes first. There are no additional fees to cancel.
