The Access to Work scheme is a joint initiative from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Department for Work and Pensions. The scheme aims to help disabled people get into work by removing barriers that they may face. To find out more read our Access to Work FAQ’s.

Access To Work is a partner-based scheme that provides practical support, information and advice at every stage of employment, from pre-employment planning through to in-work support. They also provide funding towards specific adjustments or equipment needed at work or in training so that no disabled person faces discrimination when looking for work or while they are working.
