In the event that you don't completely utilise your hours within three months, the package concludes. Any unused hours can not be rolled over or used beyond the three-month period.

If your allocated hours are used up before the end of the three-month period and you’re satisfied with our service, you can choose to upgrade to one of our monthly retainer packages. If you decide that we are not the right fit for you, our time working together will come to an end when all of the hours have been used OR the three-month period ends.

Once your 'Get To Know You' package ends, moving onto one of our monthly retainer packages is straightforward. We make the process seamless so that you can continue to benefit from our services without interruption.
