Strong applications begin with clear thinking, organised evidence and a realistic delivery plan.
Our Bid Scoping Session brings together the essential information needed before bid or grant writing begins. It is particularly valuable when you have identified a suitable opportunity but need help shaping the project and preparing for the application.
During the session, we will explore:
Your organisation and its relevant experience
The proposed project and the need it addresses
Objectives, activities and intended outcomes
Beneficiaries and supporting evidence
Project costs and budget information
Delivery timescales and responsibilities
Relevant policies, partnerships and supporting documents
The funder’s questions, criteria and submission requirements
Following the session, you will receive a structured project plan setting out the agreed approach, information gaps and recommended next steps.
We will contact you to arrange the session and request the funding guidance or tender documents in advance.
The session will normally take place online. Please allow up to 90 minutes and ensure the appropriate project decision-makers can attend where possible.
The Bid Scoping Session does not include drafting the full application. If you would like us to prepare the submission, we will provide a separate quotation based on the agreed scope.
