Not everyone needs a complete PIP support package. You may have already started your application, need help with a particular section, want support preparing for your assessment, or simply want access to an experienced PIP specialist when you need them.
Our Flexible PIP Support Bundle gives you five hours of dedicated one-to-one support, which can be used according to your individual needs.
Your support could include:
Help understanding and completing your PIP form
Reviewing sections you've already completed
Guidance on explaining how your condition affects everyday life
Reviewing and organising supporting evidence
Preparing for your PIP assessment
Discussing an existing PIP decision
Help understanding your next steps
General one-to-one PIP guidance and support
Our usual hourly rate for PIP support is £35 per hour. Purchase five hours together and pay just £150 – equivalent to £30 per hour.
You'll also receive a FREE 30-minute initial consultation, giving us the opportunity to understand your circumstances and agree how best to use your five hours.
Your hours can then be used flexibly throughout your PIP journey, subject to our terms and conditions.
Please note: You do not have to pay for support with a PIP application. You can complete the application yourself, and free help may also be available from organisations such as Citizens Advice or local welfare rights services. Our service provides dedicated, personalised professional support. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any PIP application or challenge, as decisions are made by the Department for Work and Pensions.
